Getting Started
How does Agenarys work
Agenarys deploys a team of AI agents trained specifically on your business. These agents answer your calls, respond to messages, book appointments, follow up with leads, create your marketing content, and send you a report every Monday. You complete a short onboarding questionnaire — 5 questions, 10 minutes — and we configure everything. Your agents go live within 3 to 5 days. After that, everything runs automatically. You do not manage it.
Do I need to know anything technical to use Agenarys
No. That is the point. You answer 5 questions about your business during onboarding. We handle everything else. Most of our clients have never used AI software before. If you can read an email, you can use Agenarys.
How long does setup take
Most businesses are fully live within 3 to 5 business days. Day 1 you complete the onboarding form. Days 2 to 4 we configure and train your agents on your business. Day 5 your agents go live. Day 7 you receive your first Monday morning report.
Do you need access to my website
No. We read your website to gather information about your business — services, hours, location — but we do not need login credentials or admin access. We also work with businesses that do not have a website at all. If you are listed on Google, we can build your agents from that information.
What if my business is not listed online anywhere
You provide your business details during onboarding. We use what you give us. Many of our clients are small local businesses with minimal online presence. The onboarding questionnaire captures everything your agents need to know about your business.
The Agents
Will the agent sound robotic
No. Your agents are trained on your business's tone, your services, and your specific way of communicating. Aria and Angela sound natural and human — most callers do not realize they are speaking with AI. If they ask directly, the agent is honest.
What happens when a customer asks something the agent does not know
The agent says it does not have that information and collects the customer's name and callback number. You receive a notification. This is called a human handoff. It happens rarely once your agents are fully trained on your business, but it is built into the system as a safety net.
Can I customize how my agents respond
Yes. From your dashboard you can set your agent's name, tone, greeting script, services to promote, and things to never say. You can also upload documents — FAQs, service menus, pricing sheets, staff information — and your agents learn from them immediately.
Can I read the conversations my agents have
Yes. Every conversation — web chat, SMS, and voice call transcript — is visible in your dashboard. You can read any conversation at any time. Voice calls are transcribed automatically.
Bilingual — English and Spanish
Is Spanish really included in every plan at no extra charge
Yes. Angela, our Spanish AI agent, is included in Sentinel, Commander, and Sovereign — at no extra cost. When a Spanish-speaking caller contacts your business, your system detects the language within seconds and Angela handles the interaction. You do not need to set anything up or pay more.
What kind of Spanish does Angela speak
Angela speaks natural, conversational Latin American Spanish — warm and professional. It works across Puerto Rico, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and all US markets with Spanish-speaking customers. It does not sound overly formal or regional.
What if I serve mostly Spanish-speaking customers
You can set Spanish as the default language for your business in your settings. Angela will answer all calls first, and handle English callers if needed. You can also have your weekly content delivered in Spanish, your reports in Spanish, and your social posts written in Spanish.
Content and Marketing
What does the content agent actually write
Every Monday at 6 AM your content agent delivers: 4 social media posts for the week (Monday awareness, Wednesday value, Friday trust, Sunday call to action), one Google Business update, and on Commander and Sovereign — a blog post written specifically for your industry. On Commander you get one blog per week. On Sovereign you get two.
Is the content generic or specific to my business
Specific to your business. The content agent reads your business profile — your services, your location, your tone, your promotions — before writing anything. A dental office in Phoenix gets different content than a roofing company in Atlanta. The posts mention your actual services, your city, and your specific customers.
Do my agents post to social media automatically
On Commander, the content is written and delivered to your email. You copy and post — which takes about 10 minutes on Monday morning. On Sovereign, your agents post directly to your connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business pages automatically. No human action needed.
What if I do not have social media pages yet
We help you set them up. Your dashboard includes step-by-step setup guides for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business. Sovereign clients get this done as part of their onboarding. You connect the pages when they are ready and your agents start posting automatically.
Creative Suite
What is the Creative Suite
The Creative Suite is an optional add-on available on Commander and Sovereign. It lets your agent create professional graphics, infographics, presentations, and video ads on demand. You tell your agent what you need — "make me a promotional graphic for our spring special" — and it creates it. You spend credits when you use it.
What tools does the Creative Suite use
Branded graphics — social posts, flyers (included, no credits). AI images with text — sharp visuals with accurate text (15 credits). Infographics — visual summaries from text in seconds (20 credits). Presentations — full decks built from a prompt (50 credits). Animated video — 30 to 60 second video ads (100–175 credits). AI spokesperson video — realistic human presenter, Sovereign only (250 credits).
What are credits and how do they work
Credits are used for agent conversations, SMS messages, content generation, and creative tools. Every plan includes monthly credits — 500 for Sentinel, 1,500 for Commander, 5,000 for Sovereign. Your agent always tells you the credit cost before doing anything creative. When credits run low you buy a credit pack. Starter is $29 for 500 credits. Growth is $79 for 1,500. Power is $199 for 5,000.
HIPAA and Medical Businesses
Why do dental and medical offices need Sovereign
Any business that handles patient information — dental offices, medical clinics, mental health practices, chiropractic, optometry, physical therapy — is subject to HIPAA regulations. HIPAA requires that any system handling protected health information meets specific security and compliance standards. Sovereign is the only Agenarys plan that is HIPAA compliant. Using a non-compliant system to handle patient calls and data carries legal and financial risk for the practice.
What exactly makes Sovereign HIPAA compliant
Sovereign includes encrypted data handling, audit logs of all patient interactions, data retention controls, and access management that meets HIPAA standards. All patient conversations are stored securely and accessible only to authorized users. We can provide documentation for your compliance records.
Pricing and Billing
Are there contracts Can I cancel anytime
No contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel, your agents continue running until the end of your current billing period. Credits do not roll over after cancellation. Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
What happens when my credits run out
Your agents keep running. Core operations — answering calls, responding to messages, booking appointments — are never interrupted by credit balance. Credits are consumed by creative actions and heavy usage. When your balance runs low you receive an alert and can purchase a credit pack from your dashboard.
Do credits roll over month to month
Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date — they do not roll over. Credits purchased from credit packs do not expire and carry forward indefinitely as long as your account is active.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan
Yes. You can upgrade anytime — the difference is charged immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. If you downgrade from Sovereign to Commander, your HIPAA compliance coverage ends at the end of the current period.
