Integrity AI Core

Continuous compliance proof,
built so your evidence never has to
leave the building.

Who's this for?

Medical practices, clinics & dental groups
Therapy & behavioral health groups
💻MSPs managing client systems
📈SaaS companies working toward SOC 2
🏦Credit unions, insurance agencies, pharmacies, home-health agencies

What it actually does

Integrity AI Core is a way to prove your business is following the rules — HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, whichever ones apply to you — without ever handing your sensitive records over to a vendor to do it. A small piece of software runs quietly inside your own systems, checking things are working the way they're supposed to. Only a signed confirmation — never the actual data — ever leaves your building.

You get a running, tamper-proof record of your compliance, built up automatically over time, so when an audit comes, you're not scrambling to pull together screenshots and old folders. You just hand over the record.

Why it matters

Most compliance tools ask you to trust them with the very thing you're trying to protect — they collect your evidence onto their own servers, which means if they ever get breached, you're part of that breach too. Integrity AI Core was built the opposite way. Your evidence stays in your systems. The system returns a signed trust receipt containing the check identity, result, evidence hash, and timestamp. Agenarys does not receive the underlying records.

If you're currently proving compliance with a shared folder and a hopeful shrug, this is what it looks like to actually have an answer.

Independent Proof Model

The proof pattern is established. The direction is new.

Integrity AI Core is not asking you to trust experimental cryptography. It uses a plain idea that already protects serious digital systems: record the event, sign the result, and make later changes detectable.

The same family of append-only and verifiable-log techniques appears in Certificate Transparency, the public web-certificate logging system described by the IETF in RFC 9162. The public Certificate Transparency project describes that system as using Merkle-tree logs so certificates can be audited instead of quietly hidden. Software-trust projects such as Sigstore Rekor use a related transparency-log model to record signed software supply-chain events.

Integrity AI Core applies that proven proof pattern to compliance work. Your private evidence stays in your environment. What leaves is a signed, content-limited receipt that shows what was checked, when it was checked, and whether the record still verifies.

References above are examples of established public verification infrastructure, not sponsorships, partnerships, or endorsements of Agenarys.

Integrity AI provides attestations of compliance-check results, not guarantees of data security.
