Agency Accelerator Contractor and Tool-Access Terms
Independent business
Participants are independent contractors who operate their own businesses. They are not employees, executives, owners, or general agents of Stellarys Resonance LLC or Agenarys and cannot bind either company. They independently decide whether, when, where, and how much to work and whether to accept an offered engagement.
What the subscription provides
The subscription purchases licensed access to the Agenarys back office, Command Center, eligible software, tools, and training resources. It does not purchase employment, wages, assigned work, shifts, customers, leads, territory, commissions, or guaranteed earnings. Agenarys does not set employee-style schedules, daily instructions, production quotas, or mandatory assignments.
Accepted engagements and commissions
After voluntarily accepting an engagement, a contractor must meet the written result, truthful-marketing, security, data, and customer-protection conditions accepted for that engagement while controlling the lawful manner and means of work. Commissions exist only for eligible cleared transactions under the current signed schedule; refund, dispute, tax, payout, and reversal rules must be disclosed before activation.
Limited platform authority
Contractors may not alter Agenarys pricing or contracts, make guarantees, collect client funds, export client data, or claim authority beyond approved materials. Agenarys may restrict tool access for non-payment, security, misuse, unlawful conduct, or failure to meet an accepted client obligation without directing the contractor's unrelated business activities.
