Zero-Custody design
Integrity AI is designed so the scanning component runs in the customer's controlled environment and raw patient, personal, evidence, log, and configuration data remains there. Permitted outbound data is limited by design to approved metadata, hashes, attestations, trust receipts, proof structures, and status values.
Deployment-specific duties
Legal roles and required agreements depend on the actual deployment, access, support, integrations, contracts, and jurisdiction. Architecture alone does not decide every regulated-data obligation. Customers must not send raw protected health information to Agenarys unless a signed agreement and approved protected process expressly authorize it.
No medical or certification service
Integrity AI supports evidence and compliance operations; it does not diagnose, treat, determine insurance coverage, provide emergency care, give legal advice, or guarantee compliance. Framework mappings are not certifications unless the precise current certification and scope are documented.
