Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect contact details, business information, requests, account and transaction records, communications, consent records, device data, and service-use events. We do not ask users to submit medical records, government identifiers, payment-card numbers in free-text fields, or other sensitive material unless a written service agreement expressly authorizes a protected process.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide requested services, operate accounts, coordinate approved communications, secure the platform, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We disclose information only to authorized service providers, a selected business when needed to fulfill a request, or as required by law. We do not sell personal information for cash.
Retention, security, and choices
