Product-specific terms
Refund and cancellation rights depend on the product, work already performed, digital access delivered, subscription period, written order, and applicable law. The checkout or signed order must state the controlling terms before payment.
How to request review
Send the account email, order reference, product, payment date, and reason to hello@agenarys.com. A request does not guarantee a refund, and undisputed obligations, completed custom work, usage, taxes, and third-party charges may remain payable where lawful.
