Permitted use
Users may access Agenarys services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable order, subscription, product terms, and these terms. Users may not interfere with security, scrape protected systems, impersonate others, upload malicious material, or use outputs to violate another person's rights.
Service boundaries
Agenarys provides software, automation, business information, coordination, education, and operational tools as described for each product. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, Agenarys does not provide legal, medical, accounting, investment, insurance, or government services and does not guarantee revenue, rankings, compliance, availability, or business outcomes.
Accounts and disputes
Users are responsible for accurate account information, authorized access, and protecting credentials. Product-specific payment, cancellation, refund, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms require the applicable approved agreement and may vary by service and jurisdiction.
