Agenarys uses artificial-intelligence systems for voice, chat, search, drafting, classification, automation, and business operations. AI can misunderstand speech, omit context, or produce incorrect results. Important decisions and generated documents require appropriate human review.
Voice and automated communications
When required, an automated caller identifies itself as an AI assistant before substantive conversation. Recording begins only after the applicable disclosure and consent process succeeds. Users may request a text or form alternative when available.
