NXT Internal Utility Credits
Closed-loop use
NXT is an internal utility and accounting unit used within authorized Agenarys services to meter eligible data use, AI operations, tools, and upgrades. NXT is not legal tender, a bank deposit, equity, debt, a public digital currency, or an investment product.
No financial return
NXT provides no ownership, voting, dividend, interest, profit-sharing, appreciation, or guaranteed cash-redemption right. It may not be marketed as an asset that earns returns or has external monetary value.
Account rules
Eligible uses, balances, corrections, expiration if any, fraud controls, suspension, and refunds must follow the written plan terms shown before purchase or allocation. Transfers outside approved closed-loop functions are not permitted.
