Communications and Recording Consent
Contact permissions
A form or conversation states whether the user authorizes transactional email, text, or phone contact. Marketing consent is requested separately where required and is not a condition of an unrelated purchase. Standard carrier charges may apply.
AI calls and recording
An outbound booking call identifies Agenarys as an AI assistant and provides the applicable recording disclosure before other substantive speech. If the required disclosure fails, recording must not begin. A business request not to receive AI calls is recorded and enforced in future call eligibility.
Opt out
Recipients may use the stated unsubscribe or stop method for eligible messages. Transactional, security, billing, or legally required notices may continue when necessary to operate an account or complete a requested service.
